19 Feb- There was oral workshop. It is compulsory.. oh well.. i guess i had to go anyways. Sch ended at 1145 i think and the workshop was at 2.30pm. I hope this sentence is self-explanatory :X
The instructor from a-star is a foreigner. So i had to pay attention to catch the slang. Its unlucky to be the first one to be called to read the first paragraph. Hello? The probability is like 1/40 !?!?!
So i finished reading it. SURPRISINGLY, the instructor gave me a sweet -.- She threw it up and i caught it! Pro catching skills, nothin to do with throwing skills =D Hmm i feel like a kid, getting sweets for reading a paragraph LOL.
Oh, and whenever i "LOL", i'm laughing and not in the moodiest face i could ever get! (Just in case you saw the group created on facebook...)
HORRORS AGAIN! My name was called shortly after to READ AGAIN!! 2nd sweet. This time she jus placed it on the table beside. No chance for me to display my imba catching skills... awww..so sad TT
And it doesnt end here... theres still the third time :X She asked "What does non-verbal means?" I pondered for awhile and decided to say "Non-spoken." And there! A 2nd display of catching skill. Skill-ded.
And here comes the worst part. Oral presentation on a topic that is drawn using poker cards. My topic was this: "If you could do any job in the world. What would it be?" I'm supposed to give a 1.5 mins speech on it... or should i say, presentation.
I felt like talking abt professional killer initially... but that sounds like i'm evil when i'm not! (of course im not! Im a very nice guy :) )
In the end I talked about games designer... Was nervous but tried my best not to show it. Heart rate increased exponentially..
After everyone presented, the workshop ended and i went home happily with 3 sweets LOL.
