Chapter 332: Weekdays

Recently, I went for the "Stories Behind Singapore Streets Exhibition" with my friends at the National Library. There was a weird guy there.. who likes to smile at us.. and he asks my friend to take a photo of him with the exhibit... he keeps finding people to take picture of him with diff exhibits... he's really weird in terms of behaviour, and dressing.. everything.. So, my friends and I tried to shun him wherever he went...
It's as if he's following us from 8th to the 7th floor. Went home by train after that.

Recently, I also went bowling with my friends... it was rather crap.. 2nd time attempting to bowl... fingers pain after awhile lol..
My score was around 80 for 1st match and 60 for the 2nd... It gets worse as my fingers hurt even more after that... the bowling ball is too heavy for me :(
Anyways, its great to bowl for free haha.

Looking forward to the weekends...

Chapter 331:

Friday: Went home from camp at 7pm instead of 5pm, thanks to my friend lol. My parents came to fetch me and I employed my superior changing skills to change into civilian attire in the car. We went to Tampines Mall for the usual window shopping.

Actually, it isn't really window shopping... since we did buy something. I bought 2 shirts, to add on to the closet and variety of shirts... as my friends have realised that they always see me in the same old shirt.... It's just purely coincidental, but they didn't believe me... So, I had no choice but to decrease the probability that I will wear the same shirt to meet the same person twice in a row consecutively by adding on to the supply.

We also bought usual necessities at NTUC, before heading home.

Saturday: My dad went to work. My sis wanted to go to Scape for the flea market.. as I am not a fan of crowds, I decided to give it a miss. So, my mum went with my sis. My dad can join later... My plan is that I will go over via public transport when my dad is free to go there. In the end, they went themselves and didn't ask me over... Well, anyways its great staying at home using the computer :)

Sunday: Had duty to do at camp, so I went back to camp at 7.30am. Went home only at like 4 plus? Sunday, wasted. However, I get off in return. Sounds good haha.

They say that safety boots are very strong, they can protect your legs and withstand any object(s) dropped on it.
So...

I picked up a glass and dropped it on the boots, the glass shattered.
I picked up a piece of wood and dropped in on the boots, the wood broke into halves.
I picked up a pen and dropped it on the boots, the pen is dismantled.
I picked up a rock and dropped it on the boots, the rock is cracked.
I picked up a gold bar and dropped it on the boots, the surrounding becomes gold-plated.
I picked up a Nokia phone and dropped it on the boots ... my boots are crushed....

Chapter 330: Painful

Went for runway cycling on Sunday morning. All went fine. :)

Got off on Monday. So I woke up late and went to visit the polyclinic. I told the doctor that I got cough, runny nose and dirrhoea. So he gave me the respective remedies, in tablets, sprays, syrup, etc. I got a shock when I was told the bill was around 33 dollars... it is evident that the staff doing the registration did not key in that I was serving NS... So, the staff took my 11B, and went to change the bill so that the bill is free.

Got another run of diarrhoea at Compasspoint... 4th time.

Went to take bus to Anderson JC. There was 2 guys walking infront of me. The guard stopped them as one of them was wearing an attire that doesn't look like an AJC attire...
Oh speaking of that, I almost worn slippers to AJC this morning... but it suddenly struck my mind when I was below my flat that I need to wear sneakers at least... So, I went back to change.. thankfully. If not the bus trip is wasted totally...

So, I showed the guard the letter that asked me to collect the A Levels Certificate and I was granted entry, in my civilian clothes. I went straight for the General Office and took my certificate. The staff was saying that alot of my friends (classmates) didn't go back and take... Not only the guys who have NS liabilities...but also the girls...

When I was about to leave, I realised that the staff didn't return me my IC... So, I asked her for it. Apparently, she forgot. So, she apologised and returned my IC to me. What a close shave!

Went to Nanyang Polytechnic to find my sister, who is doing project there. We went to the North? Canteen to eat Western Food. First time at that canteen, nice food. We then walked all the way to AMK Hub to shop for her friends' birthday presents...

She bought a coin pouch and a shirt. Then, I had another diarrhoea run.. 5th time.

It was real painful an experience....

We then headed home.. I took my medicine which is titled "Charcoal". Sounds scary... just a small spark and I will be in flames!

Graduation Ceremony tomorrow... excited!!!

P.S. I had diarrhoea 7 times today... hope it doesn't come anymore...

Chapter 329: All about my life

I taught 2 of my friends how to play Chinese Chess. Watching them play is very funny and hilarious. It's a great source of laughter and stress-relief. One of them is non-Chinese, but he knows abit of International Chess. Another friend is a Chinese, who knows nothing about chess.

So, both have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The non-Chinese has problems figuring out which piece is the rook, the horse, the elephant, etc. The Chinese has problems playing chess properly.. making moves that doesn't make sense.

Below is an extract of their conversation while playing chess:
A: I don't know what to move..
B: Move your 马 la.
A: What's a 马?
Me: Hey, why are you speaking to him in Chinese? He doesn't understand chinese.

In the end, the non-Chinese manages to win the Chinese 4 times in a row lol.

Nose bleed has been my nemesis since young... it's been rather frequent for me.. sian.. wasting tissue paper and scaring people all... I think it's just heaty... need to drink more water. BUT there is an article surfacing online that drinking too much water causes blindness.. so now I am caught in a dilemma.. a severe one, yet true.

Euro2012 is so interesting.. but I can't watch due to the late hours of showtime.. and I didnt subscribe to it, its rather expensive for a poor kid like me. Anyways, I'm rooting in for England and Spain. I will be caught in a dilemma  if both meet in a match haha.

Saturday:

My ex-classmates wanted me to go play lan with them. However, I had already spent the last 2 Saturdays out with my friends.. As I am a filial son, I shall let my friends down for once and accompany my parents out to NEX.

On the way there, I saw the yellow box on the road... the one Nich Khaw, Darren and I watched the workers paint last saturday...

While my dad drove into the carpark, there was a LED displayboard, saying how many lots available for each floor.

It shows:
Lots available L2: FULL.

Since there are FULL lots available in level 2, I don't see why they dont allow cars to enter.. what's worse is that they claim that the carpark is full when they state that FULL lots are available (which means every single lot is empty.)

So, we went into NEX, went to eat at the food court. Passed by the Starhub shop and watched the match of Sweden vs England for up to 30 mins? Saw the first goal by Andy Carroll. Alot of people are also hanging around that area to watch that match haha, nice  way to keep customers at the shop. (but this is just free-loading on the goods of the Euro match)

Oh, I also meet Darren and Lester there. What a coincidence. I think Darren told me something like Nich Khaw just left or something... I didn't really catch what he was saying.

We then went home after going to NTUC.

Went out to Rivervale Mall for dinner at Long John Silvers!! Finally! After 1 million years of fast from LJS. I pursuaded my parents to eat it with me haha.

I went to the POSB machine, wanting to update my bankbook. I placed my bankbook in it. It shows "transaction in progress" for a very very long time.... much longer than usual... something must be wrong, I told myself. Then I saw the word... "朝上＂　.... Damn, I put the bankbook upside down... I hope the machine doesn't update my bankbookby printing the words on the cover page instead...

So, I corrected my error, and it works! My pay is in.

Went to buy slippers afterwards as alot of my slippers are in a rather bad state already.

Runway cycling tomorrow. Been long since I cycled haha... hope I don't fall and get palm abrasions like last time :X It was embarrassing... worse still, it hurts alot and it looks hideous and they last for quite some time... Hope everything goes well tomorrow.

Chapter 328: Journey

Went to NEX to meet Darren Leong and Nich Khaw at cinema. Saw my camp mate, Kenneth, there, catching a show too. We bought the tickets for the show "Snow White and the Huntsman", and then left to find a place to eat lunch. After much considerations, we settled for "Hot tomato". I ate Teriyaki Chicken Chop. We then went to buy Mountain Dew, Cheese biscuits, popcorn and bring all of that in.

They chose to order the Jumbo popcorn.... Initially, we did rationing as we're afraid we'll finish the popcorn too fast... In the end, we have problems finishing the popcorn -.- So much for rationing. Initially the plan was to enter another cinema hall and watch a 2nd show without tickets, as the exit and entry point is the same... But as we are up-there law abiding citizens, we didn't. We chose to be the man and do the right thing.

We then exited, and tried to finish the popcorn. We then went into the LAN shop to see what games people are playing... and someone was actually playing Warcraft 3 Campaign in a lan shop... what a waste of money. We didnt play in the end and went to "look look see see" at the arcade.
After awhile, we left and walked around the area.

We went from Serangoon to Kovan to Hougang. On the way, we saw that the crocodile farm has closed down, workers painting the yellow box on the road, obstructing traffic in the process. We also went to buy beancurd and eat at the busstop as there are no seats available there... We also went to play the swing haha.

We then headed for our respective homes.

Chapter 327:

Fri: Had some event at Changi Air Base East. So, one of the instructors fetched my friend, me, and 2 other people home in his car. When I reached, I could not go home yet... as my parents are out and I didnt bring my house keys ... So, I went over to Rivervale Mall to eat McChicken Meal before heading home... but they are still not home yet.. So, I had to wait around my void deck, loiter around suspiciously, though I''m perfectly normal and safe. Till they reach...

Sat: Went out with Jefferson, and 2 of his JC classmates... he did ask a few of our sec sch friends out as well... but none could make it. The worse is that there is something wrong with his line... he can only send sms and call people. People cannot call or sms him... he wont receive the sms and calling him will result in the machine talking to you...
So, we went to watch the movie "Man in Black 3" at The Cathay. We went to play lan afterwards... Zhenglin wanted to join us... so he went to Cathay....

at AMK HUB -.-
So, he had no choice but to go home...

Alot of things happened during weekdays in camp.. but I'm not supposed to blog about it. They are all classified details and information. If you want me to tell you about it, I would have to kill you after telling you.
