Chapter Seventy-Eight: AJC 2nd Day

Same as ytd, went down, nich lim came, walked to bus stop, bus came, board the bus. This time i smsed james when the bus was on the expressway and the bus was a SINGLE deck. Thankfully, he got it right and the 3 of us went to AJC tgt. Reached, met darren and went up to the hall and separation comes! Just like the aftermath of a sg merger wif malaysia... separation follows after...

So we seperated into our respective groups. Thankfully, a guy sat on my left talked to me! Yay. We talked abt sch stuffs, etc etc... Then went to put our bags and proceed to the hall for icebreakers... WHICH WAS THE MOST HATED PART OF THE ORIENTATION CAUSE U CANT REMEMBER NAMES!!!
The game we played first was double whacko! This game goes like this:
People form a circle and sit down, there are also ppl behind each person standing up. The people standing up are partners with the person sitting down. The standing person will call out another person's name who is sitting, the whacker must whack the person. The standing person, who is partner to the person sitting down, must say another person who is sitting down's name and it goes on....Its difficult as u cant rmb alot of ppl's names... and those with christian names are being disadvantaged... because they are EASIER TO RMB COMPARED TO OTHER NAMES!!! Unfair. Nuff said.

The next game can be described in one word. Retarded. This is retarded to the extent that i even feel like skipping it... but oh wells, i'll post it still for your interests and curiosity.

Two people to stand up with palms touching the other person (somewhat like forming a tunnel for a choo choo train to pass through). And a person will squat down, in between the 2 ppl)
When they shouted hunter, the squatting person must look for another pair of "trees" (the 2 ppl).
When fire was shouted, the tree to split and go find another counterpart.
When earthquake occurs, Everyone reshuffles, everyone mus change position, tree can become the squatting person and vice versa... partners/counterparts/everything can be changed.
Don't you think its retarded? Come on... i know you do... don't deny it!

Then we went to learn the dance steps.. after the student councillors performed it... It's not really that bad... u have to form a circle and dance that way... Well, nth much to comment there tho...

Then comes the games... which was also ... u know..
Its basically moving station after station to do the assigned task... which was !

Then we collected our bags after dismissal and i went to the canteen. Found desmond and darren leong. Darren and i went to order gong bao chicken rice, mine was 1.70 and his was 2.30 due to diff serving size. After that, i went to submit my TIMES magazine subscription form. Then went to buy uniform... HERE COMES THE INTERESTING PART... SIT BACK, RELAX AND ENJOY!

We have came out with an imbalanced godlike strategy that takes the least amount of time to do the most amount of work, that is when d2y/dx2>0 ( amaths differentiation)

Here the story goes:

Desmond, darren and an i went to the room selling pe attire and the queue was lllooonnnggg. So... we and some other girls asked huiting and vanessa (they 2 were already in the queue)
to help us buy pe attire... we paid them and wrote down everything in a piece of paper.

Then, uniform. Another long queue :X So we searched the queue and found nich lim and james and we cut in :X ownt.

This is double ownage, both uni and pe attire got in the shortest possible time :D

Then came cca talk and carnival.. as usual, multiple ads and persuasion... but i still dont know which cca should i choose :X

Chapter Seventy-seven: AJC 1st Day

Woke up at 5.50am. Went downstairs at 6.10am. Nich lim came and we went to the bus stop at 6.15am. When we reached, the bus came. We board the bus. I called desmond, telling him we boarded the bus, so that he can board it after 2 stops... but he hasnt reached the bus stop yet...so the journey continues...
The bus turned into the expressway, i called james, hoping that we'll get on the same bus again...sadly, he boarded too early at jalan kayu there and got the WRONG bus, diff from us that means... So only nich lim and i went on the same bus to ajc. Reached at around 6.50am and saw darren leong and james there. Many more ppl from xms came in. Went to hall. We are SEPARATED into groups, different grps...there are 40 groups (yes! FOURTY GROUPS, 2.5% chance someone u know will be with you...) And so... i'm alone at group 28 -.- It is saddening la... no one to talk to...
Then came alot of talks.... principal talk, subj combi talk, subj talks, times mag talk, etc....I felt sleepy... feel like sleeping..abit boring uh =.=
Day one just ends like that after several talks, one talk after another, and more talks coming up...
Went to amk hub, to eat mos burgers.. and went home.

There is DANCE TMR!!! What on earth!?!!?!?!

Chapter Seventy-Six: Class Outing @ Pasir Ris Park

27/1/10- went to randolph hse. Met wwm on the way there on the bus. Reached and darren leong was alrdy there. Then we went to the coffee shop near xms there to eat. I ate chicken rice. Soon later, mr tang came and saw us four. He came over, asking which jc we were posted to respectively. Wm said vj, randolph said tj, darren and i said aj.
Mr tang said: "Buy more insurance." -.- They went to buy bubbletea and then went to buy stuffs for the bbq.

Then we went back to randolph hse. We played cards! Darren lost the least times... Hmmm... Then we went to take bus 88 to pasir ris interchange. Then we walked in. Nobody was there. We cont playing cards... the wind was blewing strongly that we need to constantly hold the cards down to the table...When some girls came, we went to rent bikes. We went cycling, cycled to ntuc to buy more stuffs for bbq and then cycled back.. this was the first time i cycled with a basket of drinks infront of my bike o.O The feeling was indeed different.

After that was the bbq, initially, we got probs lighting the fire due to the strong wind... later the fire went out when we finally got the fire going after some time... Until the point that we ran out of fire starters!!! We almost abandoned the bbq plan, distribute the raw food to everybody, bring home and use oven to cook.... lol, but we didnt do tat.

Mr chew came... he was confident in starting the fire and wwm was tasked to buy more firestarters...and he did manage to start the FIRE! K, so we bbq-ed. Early leavers are punished by water bombs... and when the bbq ends, we left home.

MOE sent the message at 6.55am despite saying that it will be sent at 8am -.-

-During sec 1 to sec 4 O levels period, i was pondering over jc or poly. No specific likings for any particular sch yet...
-During sec 4 post-O to sec 4 before results, i was thinking abt AJC,TJC and VJC. Well, i preferred VJC at times...
-After the results, I decided to forget abt VJC...
-After discussions, mass msn conversations, openhouses, etc, i decided on the choices (refer to previous posts...)

Chapter Seventy-Four: Windows Update

Windows update sucks and is the worst nightmare of all users! First of all, it lags your com like there is no tomorrow... which means no smooth dota gaming... thus it sucks. Next, it makes me disconnect from a long dota game when it wanted to automatic restart to install updates... like what on earth!?!?! It costs me a game, costs my teammates to LOSE that game as they're fighting 4v5 after i disconnected...

Windows update is the worst invention...well the update is needed.. but .. not in the midst of game play... already rax-ed the mid lane le leh...what the hell...
Futhermore it attributes to the lag problem when dotaing these 3 days, yes there so MANY updates... an update a day...what the hell... i experienced lag on first day, dc on 2nd day and lag on 3rd day... luckily for the 3rd day, im only watching a replay... not playing..

Windows update made me unable to host games as that will lag everyone else in the game...
Ultimately, it just sucks and shouldnt be there in the midst of games... I thought it takes place at 3am daily?? -.- I dont know...

Chapter Seventy-Three: Pool @ Kovan

Again, i played pool at kovan on saturday 23/1/10. Since im always the first one to reach, i decided to go abit later despite jeff msg saying: "be punctual". When i reached the kovan mrt station, there was an sms from jeff: "i am sitting inside, come find me." I rushed all the way to the superbowl place... i went in and look left and didnt see him. Which inside he referring to? inside the superbowl? inside the pool? or what...

So i ran upstairs, no one there, i went to check the pool tables... signless. I called jeff but he didnt pick up the phone. I ran down again, looked around and then ran up again -.- ok i know, i'm retarded... Then jeff called me.

This was what actually happened: I went in superbowl, jeff was sitting on the RIGHT. So i missed him and he missed me too :X He called me, i told him i at the pool entrance. He went out of superbowl, thinking that was entrance... I saw him downstairs from the window and that was when we met. Liangxing was in the toilet at that time.

So we went in, 3 ppl, jeff, me ,lx. Jeff, as usual, forgot his IC. Hmph maybe he needs to be checked by a police officer and bring him to the police station for suspecting him to be an illegal immigrant... before he'll learn to remember to bring his IC. Ok, joking... that won't happen for a guy of his age, i guess... he looks like a student for sure...

We went in and played individuals. I won 2 sets while lx won 1 while jeff got nothing. Well, the one who enters the last ball (black ball) wins the game. It was till 3 that augustine came and we played team. Augustine is seriously skill-ded. He is imba although he does miss at times... Jeff accuracy suddenly dropped from the last time we played... and he complained abt less str due to gym earlier on. I played like shit earlier on and started to improve slightly. The most memorable moment was a TRIPLE KILL! That means hit 3 times, enter 3 times in layman terms.

After the game we went home. (abrupt end)

Chapter Seventy-Two: Mousehunt

I started playing this game at May 11, 2009. Then, my feelin was "what retarded game is this?!!?"
Somehow, when i tried it few days ago, i think its a really nice game! Catching mice rocks! Esp when you catch some that are rare or hard to catch =D.

I still remember jeff complaining abt how retarded it is to sound the horn... as his bro is playing mousehunt...
Darren L told me its retarded also...and planned to semi-quit....
Oh, i forgot to mention smth...its very important!
Darren has 400k gold in mousehunt and he only gave me 35k! What a stingy miser... Oops i forgot he gave me 20 super brie too..That's nice of him..
Nich lim had 60k gold ( i think) at that time and he gave me 20k!

I'm very excited and elated when i see myself catching a new species of mouse that i nvr catch before... I will go and tell nich lim abt it and darren leong abt it at times... And darren is an ASS!
This is Darren's reply: "Chey. I caught alot of that."
This is nich lim's reply: "yay, haha, grats"

Notice the difference and you will understand me...

And... nich lim is a very bad guy.. He keeps persuading me to use bots... but to use bots, firefox is needed. First, i hate firefox. Secondly, i am a gentleman, i don't resort to illegal things like botting!!!! Neither do i want to get banned in mousehunt. I wanna catch more mousey mousey... mousey mousey very nicey to catchy.

Oh, the reason why he asked me to do that is that I keep missing the times to sound the horns...resulting in less horn sounds... Oh, the horn was supposed to be sound at 15 mins interval... i missed it quite often due to reasons such as (but not limited to): dota, lag, watching videos, talking at msn, visit blogs, visit dota forums, map making AND BLOGGING!!! (yes, you've guessed it right, i just missed sounding the horn NOW by 3 mins...)

Oh, anyways, there's this class outing on 27th. Darren asked me to giv him ideas on what we can do... so that he can post the list on the class blog. I gave him a long list including: (but not limited to) diving, fishing, swimming, suiciding, mousehunt.
Yah, i said mousehunt =D You didn't see wrongly, don't bother finding your magnifying glass for that :)
How nice if mousehunt can be done real life... but mice in real life are not as cute as those in mousehunt... well, at least the weaker species of mice...they are cute!

Chapter Seventy-One: Choice

Yet again, no. I was not referring to the choice game in Katekyo Hitman Reborn...
I'm referring to the JAE. Having visited temasek and anderson jc, getting frustrated over darren for repeatedly change of minds...to the extent i feel like biting him to death..., finally decided on my choices... AJ - TJ - MJ - NYJ - NYP(2 courses)
I put 6 choices only... i don't know what else to put :X
Hope it doesn't get so bad to the extent that all 6 rejects me :X
Hey i'm too cute to be rejected SIX times... so i suppose that'll be alright.

Oh, i put AJ before TJ because of distance... though darren keeps telling me that proximity shldnt affect my choice... He argued that university also very far, so does that mean you don't go university...
But to think of that, choosing TJ means far travelling for 2 yrs + uni yrs...
While AJ means only the uni years...

And i dont want to get home super late after cca or enrichment or whatever program installed for us... Thats crazy..
Furthermore, i got a direct bus 86 to AJC =D. Or i could choose the path of lrt->mrt.

Off-topic: YES! My warcraft 3 game "The Killer Game" is getting popular =D. If u play wc3, dont forget to try it! Is a MUST, no room for negotiations.

Chapter Seventy: AJC Openhouse

Went out and took lrt to sengkang, then mrt to serangoon. Waited for jeff who is late for ~8 mins... cause 2 mrt misses. Darren called to check my location so he can plot a graph with it. Jeff came, went to take circle line. When it reached lorong chuan mrt station, james called to ask me for my location. Then reached bishan. Changed to NS line and took 2 stops to YCK. Alighted and saw randolph, james, darren leong. Waited awhile and des and nich lim arrived. We went to AJC together.

Went to register so we can get GOODY BAGS! yay, like finally...
then the guides brought us to look at the sports ccas..Then randolph went to play basketball. Darren, des, jeff and me went to play hockey. JEFF is FIERCE! He requested a 4v4 match -.- Then he displays his signature sliding tackle!!!! Well, he is famous for his dangerous play as long as he is playing a game that involves a ball... he just cant drop the habit of a sliding tackle...

Then went around, look around, watch performances, more persuasion to join certain ccas... etc etc... lots of these kinds of stuffs...

Darren is fierce too when it comes to tennis. He swung 2-3 balls successfully out of the court!!! OVER the high fence... can u imagine it? I bet u cant. U need to be there to experience the awesomeness !!!

Then we went to the canteen there to eat... to test the food there...it was abit exp... i ate honey chicken chop with potatoes... the potatoes are mashed... not very nice and it costs 2.30 i think... Btw up till this point, des went off to MJ openhse while nich lim VANISHED into thin air.

James, me , darren and jeff went to AMK to play pool.! LOL. Hmm i shall not mention each one's skill level as i think im quite noob as well :X Can't judge... not good enough to comment on this. So we played for awhile and went home.

Oh, i went home wif james on bus 86. On the way back, we reached sengkang and james start to talk like i own the whole of sengkang!!!
We passed by a bungalow. (James: This bungalow is yours)
We passed by a maid. (James: This maid is yours also)
We passed by a car. (James: This car is yours also, rmb the number plate SBC1100Z) (wth, i actually still remembered...)
We passed by trees. (James: This tree is yours too)
And we even went on to bus stop, sky, signposts....and many many more!!!)

Chapter Sixty-nine: O Levels

Today was the release of the GCE O levels results. Before that, i was very worried.. seriously. Can't really sleep for a while. Supposed to meet Darren at the coffee shop at 12.30pm. When i reached the coffee shop, he msged me to meet in sch instead... so i walk all the way back to sch and waited. No one. Went to toilet. Came out.

Saw Randolph and wwm instead. They went off to pay fines at GO and collect their eagles award. So i followed them. And waited. Lots of ppl. Long queue soon after. People only start paying up when threatened with o lvls results :X Oh, as im a very nice guy, i've already paid everything beforehand, so thats nothing for me to pay up. I just watched them =D

Then came darren and nk. We went to eat soon after, but i didnt eat as i felt full..somehow. Up the hall and await the results release..
Uhm there was a whooping 100% distinction for hist and a MSG of 1.00 !!! Can u imagine that? I bet u cant =D
Everyone that takes the subject pure history got an A1 for it! Yes! one A1 secured..
Then they announced the top scorers... min 6 A1s to go on stage.... As the announcing progresses...my heart became heavier and heavier cos it will mean i'll do more badly as the announcing continues.... My class is getting emptier and emptier... with more and more ppl going to the stage... the feeling is very scary, worried and terrifying! Unimaginable!
The announcing ended and i was still worried... I can't imagine how badly could i do...

The form teacher started distributing results slip according to index number, means 28 people infront of me :X When it was my turn, i went up (obviously). And took the slip and the first thing i saw was English Language THREE B!
WTH! This is so depressing... esp aft getting A2 for prelims...
I turned afraid of the rest of the results as my L1R5 has just shot up...
Somehow, i was abit relieved to see the grades of the other subjects.... All As...
Ah, 5 A1s and 3 A2s...

English- Damn, i dono why i couldnt get an A2 -.-
EMath - A1 (im glad)
AMath - A1 (happy)
MT - A2 (i knew that long time ago...)
Chem - A2 (haiz)
Phy - A2 (i expected an A1 ... what on earth !?!?!?!)
Bio - A1 (glad)
P Hist - A1 (HAPPY)
Comb Humans - A1 (unexpected... its a tough paper, elated nevertheless)

So i got L1R5 of 8 points (all becos of my eng -.-). Oh, CCA points can deduct 2 from this raw score, making it 6. Ahh i'm sad actually... because my english got B3... pulling down the L1R5 grade... but i'm sorta relieved to get As for other subjects...
I regretted not retaking chinese... i should have done so... nich lim and khaw managed to get A1... like wth -.- No offence...

Overall, today's a sad day...

P.S. For those that do worse than me, don't fierce me or rant at me :X Cheer up. Spare me for my cuteness... and pardon me as im such a NICE person =D.

Chapter Sixty-eight: TJC Openhouse

Went for the TJC openhouse. Met Darren L at bedok interchange and went there via bus 229 i think. Reached and went in (obviously).
So we went in and there's this guy (as mentioned in darren's blog) who pestered me to join track and field. I said no to him but he pestered me -.- So i just walked away.. with some ignoring.. then darren uses his holy persuasion to persuade the guy to stop his harrassment! lol.

We went around with a guide that is very enthu... explained lots of stuffs. Brought us to the library and there was some talks abt KI and GP. Ok, after that we went to.. err i think we went to walk around and there were many enthusiasts promoting their PDPs (PDP = Pupil Development Programme, a.k.a. CCA). There was wushu, taekwando, etc etc.. too much to list. Then went to lecture theatre to hear abt economics talk. Although that increased our understandin on economics, the most interesting part of the talk was that the lecturer is a man u fan =D. Ahh and my mum and nk called me when im inside... and everytime i picked up the fone, the ppl infront will look back and look at me -.- very....

Then we went to the humanities. Looked around and hmm nth much. Then we went around and darren and i sat down on an isolated place (according to his blog). We were tired so we sat down. We were chatting abt the new game i created on wc3. And YES! I created a new game..its called the killer game ! =D interesting right? Gotta try it! Its interesting for sure, 100%. It changed darren's first impression of "i hate this game" to "this game is interesting"! So u can now imagine how fun this game is =D
OUT OF A SUDDEN
Crashing sound was heard. I saw darren turned his head around and jumped forward.. so i followed suit. According to darren's blog, my reaction time was 0.012418214ms. It's a funny scene. Just too bad no one was there to be lucky enough to observe it. It was a huge grasshopper. We left the place of course. Its scary...imagine more bugs dropping down randomly...

Then we had a hard time hunting for nk as he kept running all over the place... cant keep still... ahhh and watched some mass dance things and orchestra performances. Darren was fascinated by a guy.. NO! Dont think wrongly... he said that guy danced very well and was very enthu and he said he was handsome..

Oh, the mass dance was abit funny at times.. even the cheers were...
Then we re-did a survey which we already did -.- and went to take a free cup of milo.
Then... went to eat at hawker centre near TJC.

Oh, i think darren and i are not cute enough. We need to work on our cuteness, seriously. We weren't given any goodie bag!!!! probably due to our lack of cuteness ... sad for us..

And then we went to nk's hse and played rock band. I played everything, ranging from guitar, drum to singing. I played all easy. I anyhow sing de... cos i know NONE of the songs... mumbling is my fave way to deal with it... GAH!
That made me quite... err no, VERY THIRSTY! Cause of singing too much and cracking jokes on the mic when im bored...

Ok, i guess thats it. Hoped i din miss out any thing...

Chapter Sixty-seven: Movies

7/1/10- Waked up early at 9am... very early i must say. Luckily my dad has a meeting with his client at AMK Hub, so he fetched me there. Lucky and coincidence.
So reached at around 9:50. Walked up some escalators as most arent operating this early for some strange reasons.
Reached cathay. Looked around. No one i know. Called darren. He said he is in the toilet. I threatened to ambush him but didnt do so as im too nice to do that.
Hmm so... I met darren. Someone, whom we dont know, asked darren for directions to the coffee shop (or what is it called...) Darren pointed and the person just walked off without saying thank you. Darren's very sad about this lol.
Hm, then waited for the girls to come. Then they bought tickets and we took escalators down. Hmm the escalators are workin fine now... The purpose was to buy food but no one did and so we went all the way up again...via the lift this time. Entered the cinema. Watched Avatar 3D. 3D images are cool. The 3D specs fit better without normal specs... but i cant see without normal specs.. Quite cool movie.

Then dashed to the toilet. Then ate at the shop beside cathay... i couldn't remember the name. The shop is retarded. Most dishes are all fish, beef, crab ... Ended up eating chicken cutlet, darren ate some sandwich. We shared the cost as my dish gave his dish a 50% off.

Oh mine was 11.90. His was 5.95 after 50% off. So we added the sum up and divided into 2. Then we got 2 and a HALF CENTS which was ... hard to give. So we exempted that =D. The chicken cutlet was nice but the potato sucks.. but ksl says its nice... i think it taste sucky la! Yay, i win.
Then jiayun didnt order anything, she claimed she was on diet -.- But ended up stealing food from darren leong and daryl instead...

Ok, after eating. We watched the show HEAR ME 听说. Quite a nice show with humour inside it. Hmm then we went home. End of Story. Oh, and darren is a very bad guy, he asked me to look at the couple kissing inside the cinema. I was like WTH!

To sum up, i watched 4 movies recently. Broke my own record. The movies are: Treasure Hunter, Sherlock Holmes, Avatar (3D), Hear Me. (2 chinese, 2 english shows).

Chapter Sixty-six: Darren Leong

Gah, during these holidays, its often boring and i often speak to darren to ease boredom. He's a nice friend who cheers you up when you are bored... and since my name is one of his latest blog entry's title... i think i should reprociate (hope i spelled correctly..) and put his name in my blog entry's title. So here we go!

Speaking in msn for long periods until we came up with a song.. hmm, darren's more familiar with it though, i think i'll miss out a few words, phrase it wrongly or add new words in the song. The song is Baa Baa Black Sheep. Its a song where almost everyone who knows the english language knows... (i suppose?)

ok, back to the topic. In the end, only a WHOOPING number of FIVE can go. Due to that, no one is interested in going. =.= And he can't find any people to go, even frm sec sch..cos of workaholics which sucks! So he just waste the money for the chalet lol... If you have any suggestion for him to save his $, go ahead and tell him. Aww.. come on..don't be shy... darren's a cute cute nice friendly handsome young man =D

Oh, he initially decided that only him and i go to the chalet...but 2 person chalet is like what the hell ! Need more people... >.< Anyways please do aid him if you can lol.

Chapter Sixty-five: Class outing @ AMK

Initially decided to take bus there, but my dad offered to fetch me there as they're going out anyways. So i can go out later. Received a call from darren leong, asking what am i wearing. So i reached at around 1pm. Went up to Cathay Cineplex. Some people were already there and some hadn't arrived yet..

The boys that were already there were: darren leong, liangxing, darren tan, zhenglin, daniel, junyong. (i think)
Then the boys who came later were: nk, wwm, randolph and james (i think)
Not rlly sure though...im getting older, my memory is failing me...so pardon me. Sry if i forgot some ppl...

Oh, as i went there ytd wif my sis to watch treasure hunter, i knew tat the place was cold.. so i decided to wear a shirt with a long sleeve jacket and jeans to avoid the cold (or keep warm). Smart right? of course, needless to say.

Then we discussed abt the show to watch and finally decided on Sherlock Holmes (this should be the way to spell it i suppose...)
As there's still time to spare, the guys (wif the exception of james who went to library wif someone else) went to play lan. 10 of us. Guess what we play?
No, we didn't play dota as some ppl don't know how to. We played a simpler game called counter strike (although some ppl also don't know how to play this, this is far more easier to learn as compared to dota). We played 5v5.
Nk, me, darren tan, zhenglin, daniel VS wwm, randolph, junyong, liangxing, darren leong.

Hmmm... our team got owned. 26-10 (i think so...) The top killers for their team were liangxing and darren leong. And for our team is nk and me. They imba la, our players don't rlly play this game at all. Oh, and there is a round that nk is proud of. We played the map dedust. We're terrorists. He acted as a decoy. He went to shoot players at the bombsite that THE BOMB WASNT PLANTED THERE. It was at the other bombsite. As such, CTs search and search and couldnt find the bomb. I was guarding the bomb at the other bombsite until i died with the target successfully exploding =D A victory. Played for ~1 hr and costs 1.70.

Then we went to NTUC to buy drinks and SMUGGLE! Watched Sherlock Holmes. It was a mystery and detective kind of show with some applications of chemistry. Was a nice show nevertheless. Oh! The tickets cost $10 per person. The tickets we got is very long cause we have a lot of people!!
Nk was sitting beside me and said he was afraid as the show has scenes that are dark. He couldn't see and got frightened when someone popped out out of a sudden. (no typos, there's supposed to be 2 "out" words in this sentence.)
Darren L on the other side was complaining abt being cold. And i told him thats the reason i wear long sleeve and long pants (jeans).

Then we went to eat lunch. Decided on steamboat initially and it was claimed to be cheap. Yah, so we went to eat steamboat. (ok, i shall take the next line from darren leong's blog..) HORRORS of HORRORS! It costs $15! We're considered adults. Children ranges from 3-9 yrs old.. what on earth...
Hmm some ppl also didn't feel like eating steamboat (including me), so we BOYCOTT. Apologised to the waiter for getting the table for us and we went to eat at coffee shop. I ate nasi lemak. Oh, i forgot to mention that jeff came. After we finish, the steamboat ppl were nt done yet. So we decided to go lan again. But it's full and we need to go on the waiting list. So we decided to drop the idea and sat around and waited.

The plan was to kbox after this... but as many ppl didn't like this idea. We abandoned it. Instead, we went to zhiling's hse instead. Some played rock band, some mahjong and some cards. I played cards. Played Texas Hold'em where my chips get less and less. I tend to fold fast to minimise the amount of chips lost. But later, my chips suddenly increase by a lot =D The last round was an all in and darren leong won it. Then switched to playing Go Fish. And then went home as some ppl were going home and they're heading towards serangoon mrt station. As wwm and i dont know the way back home, we decided to do the right thing! Follow them. Missed the bus and took the bus later to serangoon mrt station. Took the mrt to sengkang then the lrt to rumbia and back home!

Thats it! It's a nice outing. Btw, nich lim didn't go...very bad...
