Chapter 295: Luck

I always believed that everyone possess equal amounts of luck, and the bad luck will always be balanced by an equivalent amount of good luck.

Whenever I receive some bad luck, I will tell myself that good luck is coming my way.
An old saying goes: "雨过天晴" which supports my above argument.

But the olden day scholars did not realise that "晴过天雨" is true too.
After receiving good luck, I am very very very very very worried that bad luck is coming my way ...

That explains why Man Utd suffered 2 consecutive defeats.
The first defeat was after imbalanced and overpowering luck I received during my pool game in the afternoon...
The second defeat was after me getting first in Mousehunt Tournament...

Well, this is a good way to console myself lol.

Haiz, they still said that they will definitely bounce back from their defeat to Blackburn.
The defeat to Blackburn is where they are at the ground, and they wanted to bounce up.
And they forgot.
What comes up must go down.
So they bounced back to the ground, to rock bottom, when they meet Newcastle, and suffer another 3-0 defeat.

Sometimes when I finished my meal outdoors, the staff will come and ask "Do you still want it?"
It sounds weird ... cause there is nothing left on the plate. If I still wanted it, do I have to eat the plate as well... or the cutleries.
Shouldnt the correct thing to say be "Can I clear your plate?"

TIP OF THE DAY

The proverb "You cannot make a crab walk straight" is actually wrong.
It can, if you intoxicate it.
