In this day, someone of significant importance will land on the Earth to ensure that life continues on Earth.. well, that was what happened way back in the year 1993. The same day this year will see the release of this person as mentioned above!
This day will ensure that the purchase of alcohol, cigarette, driving, M18 movies, etc etc will be legalised (but that does not mean the person will do them even though its legal)
Now its time to put on your thinking caps (both literally and figuratively) and pour in your brain juices and start thinking about who the person is.
