PE was tiring and tough, real tough, much tougher than i imagine..
run 2 rounds warm up skipped 100 run 3 rounds skipped 100 run 3 rounds sit ups 15 crunches 15 pumping 15 hands wider pumping 15 diamond pumping 15 pull up 7 Btw, 1 round = 400m
Basically it was something like this... scary right? I was very thirsty at tat time and felt half-dead. Or should i say 80% dead. Went to water cooler to drink water. A classmate helped me buy 100 plus :) Then went home via dad's car due to over-exhaust.
Ok, it was until today that i realise my pdg mates are nice people who encourage one another throughout the PE. That made me feel good! But sadly i seem to be the weakest there :X And the teacher even had to help push me up for pull up while the rest only require friends to do the job. :X I was too tired at the moment i guess..
Ahh next PE on thursday :X Hope it will be better. Ok, i know i didnt manage to crack jokes throughout in this post.. im aware of it. That's cause i dont feel like thinking and brainstorming for any at this moment :X
