The school system finally records the CIP hours for famine camp! BUT they gave us 24 hours CIP for 30 hours Famine Camp, what irony.
Had a one-to-one tuition yesterday with my GP teacher. It was rather scary lol. She gave me 2 pieces of newspapers from "Today" to read. She requests that I photocopy it and return them to her pigeon hole. The problem is that the photocopy services at bookshop is terrible, they suck at photocopying newspapers bigger than A4 size.... The problem at block 11 is that you need a photocopying card to photocopy stuff -.-
So I decided to try my luck with the block 11 aunty. Thankfully, she is willing to make an exception and help me photocopy the newspapers... That was nice, something not to be expected from the bookshop.
Today, we had Chemistry mock paper. It was last year's A Level Chemistry paper, with the ultramost difficult questions, that make people sweat like never before, that made it into the newspapers last year for its notoriousity in toughness. And today, we finally got a taste of it and finally comprehended the feelings of the seniors... There was this question where I learnt about a new compound. I cant remember the name of the compound, so I decided to name it myself. I call the group (-OMgBr) in the compound, the "Bromo-ohmygod group" By the way the question is about Grignard's reaction.
